We envision establishing Yogic Kids in India and the USA, dedicated to the cause of nurturing & well-being of children aged 3-4 years to 17-18 years. The in-person group activity based offerings will embody the essence of Yoga, incorporating Yogic principles and offering a carefully curated selection of modules to promote holistic growth and development. Our aim is to create a nurturing environment that embraces general wellness, addresses contemporary children’s needs, and supports children in evolving to become relaxed, confident and cheerful children.

Target Groups

Yogic Kids offers a space that will cater to children across the following age groups:

1: 4-7 years (grade 1 and 2)

2: 8-10 years (grade 3 to 5)

3: 11-12 years (grade 6 and 7)

4: 13-15 years (grade 8 to 10)

5: 15-17 years (grade 11 and 12)

Focus and Centrality of Yogic Kids

At the heart of Yogic Kids lies the integration of Yogic principles. Our carefully designed modules will include:

  • Asanas (yoga postures) for physical strength, flexibility, and body awareness
  • Pranayama (breathwork) for enhancing vitality, concentration and emotional well-being
  • Dhyana (meditation) for cultivating mindfulness,enhancing focus, and gadget addiction
  • Yoga philosophy and ethical guidelines to foster self-reflection, compassion, and holistic understanding

Frequency: 2 classes per week

Duration: 60 minutes per class

Week 2: Uttanasana (Forward Bend), Paschimottanasana (Seated Fwd Bend)
